Leana Higgins PA-C

Leana attended NCSU and earned her bachelors and masters degrees in animal sciences in 2006 and 2009. She worked in research for several years before deciding to return to school to become a Physician Assistant with a degree from UNC Chapel Hill. Her favorite part of Family Medicine is patient education and helping patients advocate for their own health. Leana has been living in North Carolina for the past 20 years. She is married and the mother of two boys.
